HERE!!

Sweet friends,

This is just a very quick post to say we made it! 7,000 klms, shocking head colds, the movers arriving just 12 hours after we made it into town, HEAT in winter (!!) that has us melting as we unpack boxes and organise furniture...but we're here. I have never been so relieved to get out of a car.

Hubby is a hero...the kids are worth their weight in gold...and after a shocking first night on the road Bob-the-dog was wonderful!

Tomorrow we have more and more unpacking to do, and another 3 hour round trip driving to the big city to buy curtains and other essentials (not a single curtain in the house), so I'll be absent for another day or two.

God bless you all!!! I missed our chats. :-)
Hugs
Jenny

PS: My Etsy store is open again, btw.

Hi Jenny,
Happy to hear of the safe arrival and the greatness of the Hubby and aren't kids just great! My kids helped move us to our present house ten years ago...they were 10,6,and 4...but each of them were worth their weight in gold....and they worked tirelessly...up and down carrying stuff....I sometimes wonder whatever happened to those kids...(lol)! Again, glad you and your family are safely moved in! See you later...
