Sharing the work of others!

I'm having a few quiet days around home - friends coming for dinner, our favourite car race tomorrow at Bathurst to watch on telly, some spring cleaning, and of course working on some decorating ideas for the home to accomplish my October challenge.

I've just dropped by to show some items fellow bloggers have made.
Remember my 'Christmas Package In Stitches'? Anne-Lise used two of the designs in the set to make a wallhanging as a gift for her sister. I love the colours, Anne-Lise!

Some of the participants in the recent Hug Swap (hosted by Vicki and I) do not have blogs, so I'm sharing some of their stitched swap gifts.
This pair is from Sally, who made the two items for Sheila. Isn't this a beautiful set!?

This set was stitched by Silke, for her swap partner, Mona - she was so excited when she received them from Silke because turquoise is her favourite colour and the set matched her mug perfectly!

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Hug Swap!
Vicki and I are thinking of making the Hug Swap an annual thing...but we'll do different items each year. :-)
If you have not yet received your Hug Swap parcel would you please leave a comment here and let me know.

Ok, back to the non-computer weekend!
Hugs to you all,
Jenny

What lovely hugs, and I adore Anne-Lise's wallhanging! Those colors are fabulous.
Enjoy your weekend dear Jenny. I got all my pieces fused last night for your In My Garden designs and I can't WAIT to start stitching!

Hi Jenny. I got a fabulous set of "hugs" from my partner Sheila, but she forgot to photograph them before they were mailed and I don't have a digital camera (or blog) so am hoping a savey friend will help me out next week. This was fun! and I'm enjoying a new friendship. Thanks for taking on the logistics. You really did send hugs around the world!

Hope you enjoyed your non computer weekend Jenny! It is surprising how much you can accomplish when you stay away from the computer.

I have been enjoying seeing the hug swap goodies around the traps - you have inspired so many!
