A little boy and a fellow...

This week I've kept busy finishing the projects for the December issue of Elefantz Home.

Today I stitched down the binding on "Winter's Fellow", my final mini quilt in the 'Seasons in Rework' set...

...and turned these lovely cotton drill fat quarters...

...into a little trinket bag for my grandson Deegan!
There are three little pockets across the front, and an easy velcro closure so his sweet 5 year old fingers can open and close the bag without help from mum Kezzie...

The handles are made from soft cotton twill, reinforced with a red striped canvas ribbon.
Perfect for tough 5yo boy use!
On Friday I'll share pics of all the projects you'll find inside the December 6th issue!

Tomorrow Mr E and I will spend the day looking for a new rental we can move to in the New Year.
We'd love it if you'd pray for us to find the 'right' house. Tomorrow is also the release of the next block in my Daisy Days BOM - "Sundaisy". I'll have it emailed out to all subscribers, and in the shop for single purchase, by Thursday evening.
Big day ahead so I might just pop off to bed early tonight.

sweet dreams, my friends

Jenny

Cute, cute, cute! I'm so far behind in stitching on all of your lovely designs that I may never get caught up! But, they are so irresitable that I just can't stop...good thing having a nice long list of Un-FinishedObjects doesn't bother me to much! I'm like the little engine that coud...IthinkIcan, IthinkIcan, IthinkIcan...
Wishing you much luck on finding the right house...prayers that your steps will be guided in the right direction! My, you sure do move a lot! Bet you have some wonderful tips about keeping things organized while in transit! Hugs!

Wow, the month disappeared, didn't it? I do pray that you will find a wonderful house that fits all your needs, and some of your wants, at least. =) Both your pictured projects are wonderful, and I'm so grateful today that I know about your blog and have been the recipient of many inspirational ideas over the years. Thanks for being you, Jenny!

Praying for you to find the rental that is just right for you and asking for your prayers in return. For stable employment for my husband and a home of our own again.
