~ BOUQUET ~ Block 1

The day has arrived! You can finally begin my beautiful ~Bouquet~!
Block 1 can be downloaded HERE

Remember, this block is only available free until February 6th, after that it will be available to purchase through my Etsy Store.
Block 2 will be shared on February 7th.

You still have a couple of days left if you'd like to purchase the complete pattern now and not wait until June for the final block and assembly instructions. It can be purchased through the button HERE.

I'll set up a Flickr group this week for those who would like to upload photos of their completed blocks. It's always lovely to see how everyone else's blocks look in their chosen fabrics.

Enjoy your day!
Blossom and I will be busily stitching a secret project that you'll hear more about later in the year from the Gum Tree Designers. We have 4 episodes of Miss Marple to watch (and some nibblies) to entertain us, plus the air conditioner will keep our fingers cool to sew. What a fabulous invention the air conditioner was...

God bless the man who invented a/c. And central heating, although you're probably not so keen on that at the moment. *G*

  11. Hi Jenny,
A new beatiful BOM from you. Thank you so much, you are so generous. It is as pretty and romantic as 'Shabby Roses'. I know you every day have it quite warm and need air condition; here in Denmark we have got so much snow and it is very cold for the season.

  19. Hi Jenny,
I am doing this BOM if it kills me...lol, just kidding! I was using linen thread, but it is not standing up to the pulling and such; of course, didn't use beeswax. Do you think that is the problem? If so, I just buy more beeswax instead of purchasing more floss... tell me what you think...see the pic here. Are these stitches too little (they are a bit erratic) but I will fix that with practice. Thank you for helping!

  21. I just discovered your blog and I really like this BOM. I've downloaded part 1. But I want to ask you a question. The measures of the blog are with seams or no?
    Thanks very much

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
