Jeannie has made her 4th entry! This time a potholder - and I am loving those fabrics used in the binding strips, aren't you?!
...and Kristina used her scrap binding strips to cut up and make blocks for a doll quilt!
There are only 8 days left for this Challenge, so tell me, what are you making?

I have news and photos to share, plus a tutorial for you, but I have a nasty migraine brewing today - and tomorrow (Sunday) is my birthday, so I may be absent till Monday. I know you'll understand.

I'm not participating in this challenge because I gave metres and metres of my extra binding to our charity group, one of the girls put every different binding together, enough to make miles of bindings for our childrens quilts. Kids love all the mixed crazy colors!!!I'm a fish too, Feb 23rd!Tomorow is only saturday for me so I'm thinking your birthday must be the 22nd. maybe we can celebrate together one day!!!
Oh jenny, I hope that brew goes flat like ginger beer without a bug. Last thing you need is another migraine hun.

Jenny, I wonder if you applied that Oregon Creme to your neck and upper back if it would alleviate your migraine??
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful birthday!!!
Your blog is such an inspiration to read. I saw the doll quilt and that has me thinking of trying one to donate to my local yarn store's "Premie Project". She is collecting knitted, crocheted or sewn blankets that are the size of a tea towel for our local neonatal intensive care unit. I have knit several but your post has me thinking of quilting a doll size quilt instead. Thanks for the idea!
Hi Jenny
ReplyDeleteKnow what you mean about migraines... I get them all the time and end up going to the hospital for shots.... nasty let me tell ya. I am just getting over one of them, right now, after going for shots. I'll pray you won't get one for your birthday.
Have a Very Happy Birthday and for once, just once, let the family spoil ya!
