News of a move - please pray?

School holidays are just a few days old and already we are finding ourselves on the go from dawn to dusk again. The plan for 'time out' and rest has been turned on its head because...
we have two weeks to move house!
The school is relocating the house we're living in, but we were told this would not be for another four months, however we have been informed today that we really need to be gone within the next two weeks.
I am going to ask you to pray for us - pray we can find *the* right house to rent in our little town, that it is shady, cool, clean, big enough, and that we can afford it.
{{{thank you}}}
During our quiet moments Blossom and I have done some stitching. Blossom is playing around with bullion stitch and her practice pieces are GORGEOUS...
I, on the other hand, have been stitching a set of new designs - this particular one will be a gift for a friend 'far, far, away' in Europe...
Regarding my new BOM, ~Daisy-Do~, I am going to upload the first month's block in the next 24 hours. Originally I'd planned on July 1st, but as we will be packing and moving soon I'll share it early to free my time for house-hunting.
Hugs
Jenny

  37. G, nice of the school to give you some kind of advance warning...
    Sorry, but I can;t help feeling a bit miffed for you. That would peeve me off to no end, you've taken it so very well! I shall be praying for you to find the right rental that will allow dogs. I hate rentals. I'm so glad I own my own home. I'll also pray that the rental you finally decide on has lots of places to hang your lovely quilts and lots of places to display nice items, and a nice garden you can de-stress in.
    Blossoms bullions are simply lovely! That's one stitch I must work on, I've never been able to perfect it. Your new BOM looks to be a wonderful one! Looking forward to it!
    Hugs!

  43. Jenny, God bless you: a move is something devastating (I know it!) but a move and the search for a new home, all in 2 weeks is terrible. I'm sure you have a special angel looking on you who will make you find a lovely "nest". Take care, dear friend. All the best, Clara.

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
