Another swap parcel arrived!

Just before the movers took all our furniture nearly 4 weeks ago, I was busy with the finishing touches to my gift items for Stephanie and Linda's Christmas in July Swap.
Once finished I had to pack them up, parcel and label, but carry the parcel across the country on our 7,000 klm drive because it was too early to post. Finally, on day 6 of our travelling, I was able to post the package off to the lovely Dawn in the USA! (she is a wonderful quilter!)

Here is what I made and sent her...a wall-hanging, a Christmas stocking, a set of 4 coasters, a tree ornament, and a Homespun magazine.

For the wall-hanging I used a Bronwyn Hayes stitchery design that looked so festive and joyful....

...the Christmas Stocking is my own design, a funky fun stocking, a bit different from your average Christmas sock. I did another little Bronwyn Hayes stitchery to button to the front of it, but next time I'll design my own little one because I'll have more time. ..

The stitched tree ornament was made using a Gail Pan stichery from her Christmas Wish free BOM (see my side bar for the link), and for the coasters I pieced little pinwheel blocks.

Dawn was so happy with her parcel - which THRILLED me!!

I wonder what will be in my parcel when it arrives? Can't wait!!

Hugs
Jenny

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
