a saturday afternoon's delight...

Woke this morning with a cracker of a migraine.
Thus heralded a day of sweet rest with Mr E.
I sat quietly and stitched block 4 of 'Beauty'.
Delicate, an afternoon's delight...

'Beauty' will be lovely when it's finished.
Are you stitching it?
First three blocks are here.

My new Sunday habit is to not turn on my computer, so I am hopeful for another peaceful day tomorrow.
Be blessed and take time to rest yourself, my friends.
hugs
Jenny

  4. Was wondering if you were still suffering from migraines. I woke this morning with day five of one. Sometimes I get lucky and I have one on one side for 3 days, then it jumps over to the other side for 3 more days. Double whammy!! I was hoping I'd "outgrow" them by now!

  8. I do hope you are feeling better, my migraines have eased a bit since going through menopause, but arthritis is now a bother. I'm working on the owl block and loving every minute. Thank you.

  13. Enjoy your "down time". My migraines would never have allowed me to stitch, I wouldn't have been able to see the stitches. You inspire me with your tiny perfect stitches.

I love your idea about taking a break on Sunday. I'm going to get my little bunny butt in gear and start doing the same thing.

  16. trust thye migraine has gone by now and will keep away. Another lovely piece. The only trouble with taking a day off from the computer is that there is twice as much to catch up with on monday! Enjoy the peace and quiet with the family

Hate migraines but I also don't like the side effects of migraine meds. I'm not affiliated with Camp Wander, just hoping you can get relief! You do amazing work with a migraine!!!

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
