Preparing something for you...

Do you have some fabrics leftover from an old (or new) jelly roll?
Maybe you have a basket of 2 1/2" wide prints?
As I have a few in my scrap bin, and assumed you might too, I thought it might be fun for us all to make a pretty project from them.

After the housework and baking were out of the way this morning I decided to get lost in my sewing room and play with these Tilda bits and pieces...


...which are beginning to look rather good together.

Tutorial later in the week.
Any ideas what we'll be making?

"Be still my beating heart!"

    Oh my gosh Jenny! It looks so lovely, I'm thinking it looks like the beginnings of a patchwork heart project. I love lots of 2 1/2" scraps in my basket. What ever it is, after a long time away from any kind of sewing, I'm truly anxious to get back to some projects. Starting with smaller, fun, and hopefully one day projects as I work my way back to the my for difficult projects. Can't wait to see it.     Doubtful it's a heart monitor. LOL Love the pieces together, and I think I'm just going to guess a heart sachet, maybe. It'll be wonderful, whatever it is. Thanks!

    Can hardly wait to see the result. I know it will be beautiful. Have just finished your Hussif design and gifted it to a friend. It turned out beautiful, she was stunned and thrilled with it.Silly me, didn't take a photo but will get one . Hugs Shirley
