New stitchy things...

I have some lovely new designs on my knee at the moment.
Want to see??
Remember my little "Family & Friends" hanging from Issue 16 of my e-zine?
Well, I've just finished a companion pillow, "Home"...
Pretty flowers and pearl seed beads in the window boxes...

I secured the back with gorgeous vintage lace ties, and mother-of-pearl buttons...
It's absolutely divine.

On my knee tonight is another sweetie, made with pretty Tilda fabrics, and Tilda threads...
...and a Shabby Roses angel...
This is still a work in progress, but quite delicious.

After Kezzie's wedding, and her delight in the wedding announcement stitchery I made her and Bert, it occurred to me that I never had anything like that when Mr E and I were married.
So I made one for us!
For those in Australia, you'll find the pattern for it next year in Handmade magazine, so you can make your very own. \o/

I've had an overwhelming response to my Shabby Roses Cllectors CDs!!
I've almost sold out of them, so if you want one I have only a few left and then they are gone for good.
If you haven't heard of them yet, read THIS blog post, or head over to my Etsy Shop HERE.

Now it's time to get back to those Shabby Angels!
Have an extra lovely weekend, ok?

The Shabby Roses Collection!

Elefantz will be changing in 2013, and it's time for me to retire the designs of the last 3 years and start the year fresh.
With that in mind, my clever husband thought it might be a good idea to make a CD of all my favourite Shabby Roses designs!
I told him how I wanted the CD to look and he printed me a whole bunch of these really cute gingham pretties!

Then it was time for me to go to work and choose what designs to put on my Shabby Roses CD.
Well, that wasn't easy! How do I choose which ones to leave out and which to include?
The end result is that I put FIFTY designs in thirty different projects on the CD!!

As you can see the CD is in full bloom with an abundance of Shabby Roses projects! Some of the designs have never been shared on my blog before.
I've stitched a simple calico and ribbon pocket to protect the CD, and then it sits inside a pretty white Elefantz collectors tin...

This is a limited offer, and just in time for Christmas gifts! \o/
The CD in its little ribboned pocket and collectors tin can be purchased for $34.99 AU (about $35 USD) until sold out in my Etsy Shop HERE.
I will post worldwide so if you need a lovely gift for a friend, or you want to treat yourself, grab one while they last.
Have a wonderful weekend, and be sure to take time out and smell the roses.
