A gift...

Breathing again.
The new issue of Elefantz Home e-zine is complete and being checked for mistakes by my trusty band of proof readers. All going well, Friday morning it will arrive via email to all my subscribers and be listed in my shop as a single purchase for everyone else.
While I wait for the girls to check through the September e-zine I'm already stitching a project for the October e-zine!

Remember that I had my sewing day with the girls on Monday?
Well, let me show you what Heather gave me as a thank you gift. She is a very gifted paper crafter and the box she made to hold the gift is gorgeous...

Inside and out, I was wishing this craft paper had some co-ordinating fabric - it's so lovely!

But wait, there's more!
Inside the box there WAS fabric - Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic fabric!
Gorgeous, gorgeous!! I squealed out loud when I saw them. Heather really blessed my Shabby Chic heart...

Now clever Heather also dyes her own lace. And you know, she gave me some - along with a heady scented bar of lavender soap...
I felt loved and appreciated on a day when I was actually in need of some TLC.
What a boost she gave my heart. The presents were beautiful, but more importantly her 'care' was the greater gift.

hugs

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
hugs
