Weekend project ideas...

Once again I've spent a couple of relaxing hours with a hot cuppa and my laptop looking for some lovely projects we can make over the weekend.
I think it's great to have a few options on hand for gifts, especially as Christmas tends to arrive faster than we plan for, so hopefully you will find some suitable ideas from those featured below.

For fellow quilters a Binding Kit from Vanessa at Lella Boutique would be well received!
She shares a great tutorial HERE...

Do you like bags?
I love this reversible one by Sachiko at Tea Rose Home! Follow her tutorial HERE...

Are you like me and have a box (or more) of rescued vintage linens?
This simple idea by Betsy of My Salvaged Treasures offers them a wonderful new life.
See her tutorial HERE...

I think many people have old cardigans, jumpers (sweaters) or vests packed away in dark forgotten corners of the wardrobe. Why not pull them out and choose the ones you love and want to wear again, but use the remainder to create some lovely cushion covers?

THIS tutorial from Yvonne at Stone Gable is a great place to run with that idea...

Fabric scraps will be perfect for this Sprocket Pillow by Cluck Cluck Sew!
Follow the tutorial by Allison HERE...

Have you had a look at some of my free patterns & tutorials  recently?

 Make THIS sweet pocket hanger...
(pop a pattern in the pocket when giving as a gift)

...or THIS book pillow!
(add a book or magazine when giving as a gift)

Use orphan fat quarters to create a shelf of these sweet little fabric baskets!
You'll find my tutorial HERE...

Whatever you make, ENJOY it.
See you soon,

Liebe Jenny,
