Time out...

It's not just good food and sleep that are required for a refreshed spirit and soul.
Sometimes you need time out alone, to pray, breathe, and reconnect with the One who gave you life.

That's what I need right now, so I'm going on a little road trip tomorrow to stay by the beach for a few days - alone.

I've never done this before, so I'm definitely living out my word for 2013, "adventure"!

Away, alone.
Who'd have thought it?

Have a blessed and refreshed week my friends,
see you at the end of it.

hugs

  20. I hope you have a wonderful refreshing time! Only time I have been brave enough to go away on my own was when I end up at on of my families homes in Indiana at the end of the road trip. I do enjoy the drive by myself thought because I can stop when I want and where I want. You are being a brave adventuresome soul.

  21. It takes courage to go on an "adventure"(think Bilbo Baggins). My hope for you is that this time away will be everything you want it to be.

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
hugs
