I'm so sorry for being a day late with the release of July's double blocks for my ~A Christmas Story~ quilt!
Of course, you're all so lovely, I know you forgive me. These past few weeks have been hustle and bustle and a few things almost slipped my mind.
This month the two blocks are...
...and...
I think of all the blocks in this quilt, Bethlehem has become my favourite. All those little houses with lights twinkling in their windows, and the tiny sheep on the hillside, fluffy with french knots...yep, it's my fave. :-)
The pattern for both blocks can be purchased in my Etsy Shop HERE today for $4.95.
Have a look HERE at all the blocks in the quilt, and tell me which one is your favourite. :-)

I think I can say the house is ready. All the boxes are gone, everything has a home, and I'm cooking wonderful meals once more. :-)

Glad that you're finally settled, now its time to enjoy it all. Difficult to choose a favourite block, the whole quilt is so beautiful, besides Mary and the Chalice I'd say the Bethlehem block, love the cute sheep and little houses!
I think Bethlehem is my favorite too. I'm so glad to hear you're all settled in, my goodness you've got this moving down to a science, lol. You're amazing, sweetie-pie!
This is such a sweet quilt. I love all the blocks.
Hi Jenny, Congratulations with the new home. You are fantastic, everything unpacked in such a short time. It looks like you have found a cosy house and very soon your touch will be all over.
Yes, the sheep are my favorite part! Too cute!
It was so lovely seeing this quilt in real life, you're stitching is perfect and the quilt looks stunning! Bethlehem is my favourite too.

Oh how lovely! I have put this one off long enough. I *must* stitch this beautiful quilt to hang on my wall at Christmas. I can't wait!
I love all of the blocks but must admit I find those little sheepies irresistable. My hubby is a reformed.... err, I mean retired shearer (due to injury) and I was a spinner/knitter in a past life. ;o) What's not to love about sheep? (smile) Oh, Mary! I love Mary too. ;o)
Yep, Bethlehem is really cute, but I think I like Mary. Glad you're settled in.
I think I like the manger best: they are all lovely.
Your new home is gorgeous - very warm and inviting. Love the verandah. All of the fretwork is so pretty......... Am working on the Christmas story, since it's so lovely..... Catherine
Oh, they are sweet especially the sheep.
