Blossom's quilt...

My 20yo cherub loves "Gorjuss".
We gave her a tiny coffee cup and some journal things from Gorjuss for her 20th birthday in May and she's been in love with this British design every since.
Recently I discovered that Gorjuss have a range of fabric, so with Christmas and Blossom's 21st just around the corner, I set forth on a path of no return!
Do you understand how this sweetness appeals to a young woman of 20 who still has a little girl heart?
Gorjuss is quite simply gorgeous...
I want to be 20 and have Gorjuss too.
Whether I finish the quilt for Christmas or not until her 21st next May, Blossom doesn't mind. She's just very very very excited  to know it's going to be all hers when it's done.

Need a quick project to stitch over the weekend?
My friend Allie has just shared her brand new freebie HERE on her blog!
Now this will surely make anyone smile...
I'm definitely going to be making Allie's "Live A Little".
I see more of my stash busting happening...

Don't forget, Monday is coming...

Have a totally 'bless-your-socks-off" weekend,
hugs

I have a question. Is the embroidery hanging on the left hand side of your last photo of Gorjuss one of your designs? It's backed with red fabric. I really like it from what I can see.

I love Gorjuss girls. I started using them in name tags a number of years ago, and when they signed contracts to do fabrics, I was so excited. I have them all.

Never heard of Gorjuss but I can see why she loves her. Even at 55 I think she brings out the young girl in me too. Looking forward to Monday, my first SAL with you. Thanks

Michelle, that little red trimmed hanging was a gift that Blossom stitched for me about 6 years ago. It's an older Bronwyn Hayes design. :-)
