The orange and the green...

It all began one day this week with a mug and a chair at morning tea...
~orange and green~

My two colour obsession revealed once more.
Within ten minutes I'd gathered like minded colours and invited them to play nice.

The brights got along rather well, each assuring the other their friendship would last...

...until they met the soft-hearted blends.

And then the pot was stirred.

Varying shades, but still after all, both orange and green. A perfect match.

Might be time to head back to some pastels next week. The Bright Family are a rather noisy lot when allowed to visit for too long.

Have a sweet and smiley Saturday everyone!
hugs

Oh, gorgeous combinations! That would be a striking start of a Triple Irish Chain, no? :)

What a lovely post. I would not have so many different combinations. But substitute the orange with purple, that I could make happen. I say, "you can't have too much green!"

I like your photos and your funny comments, the way you anthropomorphized the colors and items. =)

I love these photos Jenny, and your ongoing commentary. Orange and Green are some of my favourite colours, as well as Purple and Green, Red, Teal to name a few. I always wear bright colours, plus a little black here and there.
