Each year I share a free block of the month, and have been doing so since 2009. In 2024 we shall be stitching a 12-part mini quilt, Joy in the Ordinary. On this page I will share links to each pattern as it is released. Just click on the link above the blocks as they appear through the year.
I hope you enjoy this project, and ask that you share the link with friends so that they too can join in!

What a sweet block! Cannot wait to get started. Thank you.
Such a sweet block, but then I love all that you create. I'm going to try something new this year and I actually downloaded this first block. Now I just need to actually do something with it. Wish me luck. LOL
Many THANKS!! Love your work!
Am going to try to keep up but life is throwing many things our way. We re getting through it by God's grace.
I love the theme for the year. Did I miss the block of the month for February?
I am amazed at your stitching! So tiny and perfect. I find myself coming back again and again just to look and enjoy.
When will the March block be available
Anonymous, every new block is posted on my blog www.elefantz.com on the 1st of the month or the last day of the previous month. If you sign up for my newsletter you'll never miss one. The link is at the bottom of every blog post.
What lovely blocks! Thank you for sharing your gifts so freely. I am looking forward to stitching along. I'll have a little catching up to do first, but that's fun! Your blog is a beautiful respite and I'm very glad to have found it!
I love these blocks. They do lean on the vintage side which is lovely.
Thank you for the beautiful new block. My computer crashed and it corrupted my hard drive. So I have lost all my important things. All of your beautiful designs are now gone. It's been a rough 2 weeks trying to get a new computer up and running. I am in love with your tea towel curtains you made. They are just gorgeous
Thank you for the lovely new block pattern Dearest Jennifer . Loved the new family photos you shared. The children and grands are growing up so fast Love you Dear friend.
