My True Love, something new, and a sneak peek...

Remember the My True Love stitchery I was going to do on the drive across the country?
I did all the embroidery the day we drove through Gundegai, but needed to wait until now to add the applique pieces. I love how it has turned out!

In the mail yesterday I received Cheryl's "Bug-A-Licious" pattern pack - these are just too cute!! I have no idea what I am going to use the stitcheries in, but I have been drooling over these designs of hers for months and I think I will stitch them for pure pleasure!
The pattern pack is available through her Etsy Store - Willowberry Designs. :-)

....and here is a tiny sneak peek of one of the Shabby Roses blocks, due for your download on August 1st!
Did I mention I'm sharing TWO blocks next month?? A welcome to my new home gift. ;-)

If you are new to my Shabby Roses BOM, you can purchase Blocks 1, 2 & 3, through my Etsy Store - Elefantz.

Blocks 4, 5 & 6 are only available free until August 1st, then they will be available as a set through my Etsy Store.

NOTE: Blocks 4,5 & 6 are now available to purchase as a set!

Happy stitching!
Hugs
Jenny

Jenny, your true love stitchery is really lovely and the applique bits lift all the stitching beautifully.
I hope you are starting to feel comfortable in your new home.

Jenny, your stitchery is gorgeous! In the My True love block what stitch did you do in the stem work? Is it back stitch or a very tight running stitch. You use that stitch often and I LOVE the effect. Well done!

That is sooooo sweet! I love it too.
How about the bug-a-licious patterns on clothing? A cute bug for a t-shirt. I cannot cannot wait for the new shabby roses - even though I'm not ready yet, lol!

How pretty...your work is beautifully done! What order do you do the stitching...embroidery first followed by the applique or the other way around?
I so enjoyed your trip to your new home and was fun learning about Australia along the way!

Hi Jenny, how are you? Hope you're fine. Your true love stitchery is lovely.
I started stitching your Shabby Roses Bom but the hand dyed floss I used to stitch the first block, discolored so I have to do it again :(
Lots of love,
Elisa

I have been collecting the Shabby Rose block patterns and would like to purchase enough fabric to make the quilt. I have been able to find a layout for the quilt but not a fabric requirement list. Does one exist and if so where can I find it?
