Someone is having a birthday!!

My baby boy turns 20 today!!
Happy Birthday SAM!! \o/\o/
Mr E and I are driving down to Charters Towers to have a birthday lunch with him, and to give him presents from Blossom and us...
We went shopping at TYPO yesterday for cards and wrapping paper, and Bloss found this fabulous tissue paper with Ye olde London newsprint!
I won't tell you what we got Sam for his birthday, but he asked for it be purple, so in celebration of my 20 year old son's purple birthday gift I painted my toenails purple...they match my potted flowers too...

Speaking of my flowers, I also spied lots of lovely Tigerella tomatoes ready to pick from my sole tomato pot! Tigerellas apparently yield more than other tomatoes...yummo!!
During the four hour round trip to Sam's and back I am going to be stitching something new...something blue, with a touch of red...
I auditioned  the fabrics and thread yesterday for this new design, and couldn't go past some Bonnie & Camille and my favourite Anchor thread!
It's all stored inside a Decor container now, ready for me, and all parts safely together.
How do you store your projects?
I put every project in a separate Decor container, and they stack in my sewing room (or beside my bed!).
I can see the contents easily, and can grab one 'on the go' when we're off for a long drive.
At the moment I have three projects with stitcheries finished, and five on the go. Storing them this way is marvellous for memory jogs on what I should be finishing first!

Have you signed up for my friend Fee's daily deals email??
This week she had some *beautiful* purse frames on a deal, and she also gave a tutorial on how to use them on her blog...

Visit HERE to see some sweetness in her purse tute!
And you'll find those purse frames HERE. Don't you *love* the pearls...

Have a wonderful weekend! I can't wait to hug my boy. Wow, 20....where did the years go?

have a great day with Sam, big one next year 21.
You are organised with your projects, I do not have many on the go at once, usually just what I am working on but now I am into the crazy world i have my blocks that are put together but have gone no further on a notice board hoping that way I will be inspired when I look at them still waitng!!

Happy Birthday to Sam! How cute to paint your toenails in celebration of his birthday.

I like the way you store your projects. I really need to try that. Mine are kind of messy in baskets.

First of all, hope you had a great 20th birthday Sam.

Jenny, can you not use the 3M removable hooks, etc. to hang things on your walls? They remove very easily, no holes, no marks left...Just an idea.. Keep up the good work..

Love those purple toes Jenny :-)
Hapy Belated Birthday to Sam, my youngest turned 20 this year as well. I keep my "projects on the go" in large plastic envelopes that have a slide on the top.
