Late night, but a sweet finish!

As I shared the other day this month hasn't had enough work time for me due to all my 'days off, so last night I burnt the candle very late to finish the 4th project for the August 2nd issue of Elefantz HOME e-zine. But it was worth it...

Dream & Create Bag...

There's a lovely wide front pocket as well as the roomy main bag section so you can fit sketch pad, pencils, tablet...or fill it with your stitching goodies for a day with your sewing friends!

The pocket edge, and the top edge of the bag are finished smartly with binding...

And that inspiring stitched block?
Well, you could use those little words on any project really!

Just in case you missed the post the other day, here's the other three projects inside Volume 2 Issue 5 of Elefantz HOME e-zine...

'Pot Me Pretty' binder cover and matching bookmark...

'Colour Your Heart' large stitchery...

And block 4 of Shabby Roses Beauty, "Butterfly Blush"...

Also inside this issue we'll chat with the multi talented designer and small business owner, Kerryanne English, of Woodberry Designs...

...and review her book "The Creative Mumpreneur"!
Plus a tutorial, articles, recipe, and some pretty sweet pages to download and use for notes and recipes!
This issue will be piublished on August 2nd, and will be emailed to all subscribers, or you can purchase it as a single edition in my Craftsy Shop on that day!

Subscribe HERE for just $5 AUD per monthly issue. It's great value!

If you subscribe before August 1st I'll also send you the pdf pattern for my sweet Shabby Roses Cushion as a welcome gift!

That's it from me this week. Today Mr E and I are off to hire a suit for him, and purchase a cocktail dress for me. We're attending the Queensland Training Awards for our region tomorrow night and I haven't owned a cocktail dress in about 25 years! Pray I find the 'right' one, with a much reduced price tag, ok?

Enjoy your weekend, and be sure to stop every once and awhile to count your blessings.
hugs
Jenny

Hey Jen! Well done on meeting your deadline ... always tricky for us creative types who have A.D.O.P ... "Attention Deficit ... OH! Pretty!" Tee! Hee! Hee! Lovely to see your readers will 'meet' the gorgeous Kerryanne. She is my blogging buddy of longest standing (saying she's my 'oldest' blogging buddy sounds rude!!). She was the one to tempt me into blogging and she continues to inspire and encourage me. Her "Creative Mumpeneur" e-book is FABULOUS!! A must-have for anyone working on a create-from-home business. Enjoy your awards night. :0) Bear Hugs! KRIS
