Three loves...

I love to stitch.
Two new designs in the making...

One of these will be my pattern for the Let's Get Stitched gathering in Melbourne this March.
Haven't decided which one yet...but when I do it will remain a secret until the big reveal on March 9th at our stitching day.
If you want to attend all the info is HERE, but you'll have to book quickly as the closing date for sign ups is fast approaching. I'm one of seven designers participating and it's going to be a heap of fun!

I also love to play in the kitchen.
Today I made some very healthy cacao and coconut balls for Mr E's sweet tooth.
So simple - all you need are equal measures of raw organic honey, tahini, and raw organic cacao powder.
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil and mix to a fudgy consistency...

Roll teaspoons of the mix into little balls in your palm before rolling again in shredded coconut...

Store in the fridge. Eat whenever.
Yum!

I love the Bible.
I have decided to memorise 52 Scripture verses this year, so every Monday through 2014 I'm writing out a verse that resonates with me during the previous week's Bible study and sticking it on my fridge. When I open the fridge door during the day I read it out, letting it sink deep into my mind and heart.
The first for the year...

How was your Monday?

I like that verse. I'll have to look it up in KJV. Of course your stitching teasers are engaging! If I were a millionaire, I'd be registering for all the conferences in OZ. They always sound so fabulous!

Those look yummy! I don't have tahini in the house, so I guess I will wait to make those.

Oh...if only the stitch-a-long were in "my Melbourne" .....I live in central FL just about 10 miles from Melbourne. I love your stitchery patterns, and I love to sit and stitch as well. I like the idea of memorizing a verse a week. I think I will make that a goal of mine this year as well. The cocao and coconut balls sound yummy--wonder if I can find those ingredients in my area.
