A birthday gift!

Beginning last June and finishing in March this year, on the 20th of each month I've been sharing free tutorials to make projects from my series of ten Rosedaisy Stitcheries.

February 21st is my birthday, so next week on Friday 20th I'll be turning this pretty set of Rosedaisy blocks...

...into my very own birthday stocking...

....and I'll be showing you how to make it as well!

We often get stumped with what to make for teenage girls, or friends who already 'have everything', but a sweet birthday stocking to hang is rather unique, don't you think?

Isn't the fabric pretty? A mix of Tilda spots and Happy Mochi Yum Yum...

Have a wonderful Valentines Day and weekend everyone!
If you need a quick idea and have loads of buttons this free project might be fun...

(thanks for telling me about it Heather!)

Having a special "stocking" for your birthday could be a great new tradition especially when filled with little trinkets and gifts. Creative Birthday Bliss...Thank you for the great sale price on your pattern set.

  5. Oh I like the idea of a birthday stocking!! You do come up with the most amazing and clever ideas, Jenny!

  6. The Birthday Stocking is a GREAT idea! Now to find a teenage girl. LOL I know a three year old, so does that mean I have 10 years to get it finished? ;) Thanks for being so generous once again!

  7. A birthday stocking is a BRILLIANT idea - just make sure to make it big enough, and tell Mr. E to fill it to the brim!!!

It's always nice to receive feedback on a blog post, so *thank you* for taking time to comment!
I will try to reply via email unless you are a 'no reply blogger' which means you'll have to check for my reply in the comments. Of course, life is a rather hazardous activity, isn't it? So if I don't respond to your comment that's the reason why - life simply stepped in...
