Block 6 - family...

I woke with a weather-related migraine today so this is a really quick post to share block 6, "Family", of The Christmas Wreath Stitch-Along...

This is the final block so stitch it up over the next week and on Monday 26th I'll have the finishing instructions to display all six blocks as a quilted wreath...

The blocks and material requirements file to make the wreath mini- quilt are free to download HERE until October 31st.

I shall now go and rest until my head decides to settle, whilst thanking the Lord for my wonderfully caring husband who made sure I had all I need for the day before heading off to work with instructions to "call if you need anything..."

I love that man so much.

Have a blessed week,
hugs

I'm so sorry you are feeling headachy and under the weather. I hope it clears soon. Thank you for the pattern. Now I'm four behind. LOL I'll try to get two more done this week. It's going to be tough! One of THOSE weeks. =) Prayers for you, Jenny.

I hope your headache leaves you soon. This is such a cute piece which I haven't started yet bUT it is almost that time of year when the cold winds blow and the snow will fill our yards so it seems like it would be a great winter project. I am off today for a sewing day with some great ladies at a local church. Always laughs and haven't seen most of them all summer so will be fun to get together. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I went through the misery of Migranes so severe they would cause some of my seizures and I would end up in the hospital emergency room. Thankfully, I went through the change and they have eased up and it has been a couple years since having one. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Indeed you do have a dear husband who loves you. Take care of yourself!

Ha, ha! I finally finished mine today! My corner turns on the binding are not nearly as neat as yours - I was guessing on how to do it, but it wasn't done perfectly, even though I guessed correctly. It is going to be on my blog tomorrow for the Stitch It Gift It Blog Hop. I'm trying to decide whether I'm hanging it with sheer ribbon or with chenille. I have both in appropriate colors. I can't believe it took me almost 4 years to do the final few steps!
