Block 4 of the BOM + a blog hop!

Two fun things for you today!

Let's begin with Block 4 of my free BOM, My Vintage Kitchen. We're stitching oven mitts in April...

(I think that after all those tea cosies I made in March, the aprons and tea towels in January and February, that it must be time to make some real oven mitts! Mmm...I'll have a think on that one.)

You can download the free pattern for Block 4 HERE.
If you have missed out on any blocks so far they are all still HERE in my shop as free gifts and will stay that way until the end of the BOM.

How are you coming along with your Vintage Kitchen blocks?

Over the next week we're going to have a bit of fun with the
Tea for Two Blog Hop
The clever Madam Samm came up with this idea, and Mary of the NeedledMom is our cheerleader for the event.

A few bloggers have created a project of their own using a cute stitchery pattern by the very sweet and talented Cori Blunt of Chitter Chatter Designs.

I couldn't resist the challenge of taking Cori's stitchery design and adding my own Jenny of Elefantz twist to it, but you'll have to wait till next Tuesday, April 7th, for my turn to reveal what I've done.

Below is the link to all the gals involved, plus the date to visit their blogs so you can swoon over their cleverness....

April 1st

April 2nd

April 6th

April 7th

Now follow my lead and brew yourself a cuppa, grab a cookie, and enjoy what today's bloggers have done!
I can't wait to see!

(As I'm in Australia my blog post may be a little early for some of the US gals, so as soon as it hits April 1st in your part of the world go blog visiting, ok?)

hugs

Thanks for another great pattern, Jenny, and the newsletter with the heads-up, too. Rats! I've been waiting to see yours, now I have to wait another week! Patience is not my middle name. LOL (You know that verification thing gets weirder all the time - now there's a dancing robot!)
